GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – Have you dropped your smartphone recently and shattered the glass? There’s a new high-tech store in downtown Greenville that could fix it and entertain you at the same time as you wait.

After being pissed off with long wait instances and not anything to do, Gizmo Bar owner Shaun Robertson got here up with an idea to open a restore shop for cell telephones, drugs, and drones that serve beer and wine too.

“The devices are repaired at the back of the bar so that they never leave your sight,” Robertson explains. “It’s got six 50 -inch touch monitors constructed into the bar… the character sitting properly at the back of you will become engaged in what you’re searching at. I suppose that’s been the biggest trouble in full bars is the absence of social interaction we’ve with one another.” Gizmo Bar offers upkeep until as past due as 8 pm and capabilities as a bar, lounge, or workspace. “This is the first of its type,” Robertson says. “No one had ever used this technology in a ultra lounge kind of environment.”

The screens were custom-made overseas to resist several abuse and spills.  Soon, Robertson plans to add an item recognition era. The displays can examine QR codes, so one idea is to use the period to show informational material related to customers’ liquids. There are no meals on the menu, but clients are recommended to apply shipping offerings on the touchscreens. “These human beings are identifying how to beat the waits on Friday and Saturday nights,” Robertson says. Gizmo Bar is open seven days per week

and is located at 245 North Main Street in downtown Greenville. Also, moving to corner spaces inside Wando Crossing, just down from Walmart, could be H&R Block tax provider and Cell Phone Repair, consistent with personnel inside the groups on Wednesday. H&R Block will move with the aid of Monday, while Cell Phone Repair does not have a shifting date. Most of the affected companies are anticipated to be out through yr’s stop. Representatives of the retail middle and Total Wine did now not reply right now for comment Wednesday.
