Cell phone robbery suspect Vaughn Felix testified towards alleged companion Gregory Lewis in Northampton County Court Tuesday. Felix testified within Lewis’s homicide, theft, and kidnapping trial, who is accused along with Felix in a sequence of cellular phone store robberies in Lehigh and Northampton counties. They also are accused of robbing a jewelry store in Wilson Borough. Assistant District Attorney Patricia Mulqueen formerly informed
jurors that Vaughn Felix and Gregory Lewis Jr. Deliberate on kidnapping the worker of a Forks Township Verizon keep, so they may rob the shop after hours with less chance of being interrupted. But as opposed to entering into the backseat in their car, Michael Davis was fatally shot on the street outdoor his residence, Mulqueen had stated.
Investigators stated Felix became the person who shot and killed Davis. Felix and Lewis are also accused of killing a person and seriously wounding his pregnant sister through a 2016 home invasion in Reading. Authorities said they were seeking out cash and tablets.
